Return and Refund Policy
- Accommodation and Tours
- Refunds for canceled reservations are subject to our cancellation policy:
- Full refund if canceled 48hrs before the reservation or tour date.
- Partial refund may apply for cancellations closer to the booking date.
- Rental Equipment
- Rental fees for bicycles and snorkeling gear are non-refundable once the rental period has commenced.
- Equipment returned early will not be eligible for a refund.
- Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
- Exceptions
- Customized packages or promotional offers may not be eligible for refunds.
- Damaged or Lost Equipment
- Any damages or losses to rental equipment will be assessed, and replacement or repair costs will be charged to the guest.
