    • Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
  2. Cancellations and Modifications
    • Cancellations must be made at least 48hrs before the reservation or rental date to qualify for a full refund.
    • Modifications to bookings may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
  3. Rental Equipment
    • Guests renting bicycles or snorkeling gear are responsible for returning items in the condition they were provided.
    • Damaged or lost items will incur replacement or repair charges.
  4. Day Tours
    • Day tour bookings may be subject to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a reschedule or refund.
    • Guests must adhere to safety instructions provided during tours.
  5. Guest Responsibilities
    • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, rental equipment, or during tours.
    • All guests must adhere to local laws and regulations.
  6. Privacy
    • Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Returned Merchandise and Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy

  1. Accommodation and Tours
    • Refunds for canceled reservations are subject to our cancellation policy:
      • Full refund if canceled 48hrs before the reservation or tour date.
      • Partial refund may apply for cancellations closer to the booking date.
  2. Rental Equipment
    • Rental fees for bicycles and snorkeling gear are non-refundable once the rental period has commenced.
    • Equipment returned early will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Processing of Refunds
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
  4. Exceptions
    • Customized packages or promotional offers may not be eligible for refunds.
  5. Damaged or Lost Equipment
    • Any damages or losses to rental equipment will be assessed, and replacement or repair costs will be charged to the guest.
